Business


Review the options for our Sixth Form Business Programme and select the best one that matches your desired career. Note the subjects needed to study at the University of the West Indies.

Option 1 - Business Only

Minimum two (2) out of the following following subjects

  • Management of Business
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Economics
  • Accounting
+ Communication Studies (yr 1) and Caribbean Studies (yr 2)

Option 2 - Business & Law

Minimum two (2) out of the following following subjects

  • Management of Business
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Sociology
  • Caribbean Studies
+ Communication Studies (yr 1 or 2) and Law.



Science & Medicine


Our Sixth Form Science and Medicine Programme enables students to sit their preferred CAPE science subjects in preparation for studying medicine or a related field.

Option 1 - Pure Science

Minimum two (2) out of the following following subjects

  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
+ Communication Studies (yr 1 or 2)

Option 2 - Science & Business

Minimum two (2) out of the following following subjects

  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • Caribbean Studies
+ Communication Studies (yr 1 or 2) and Management of Business or Entrepreneurship



Humanities


Study Law, Sociology, Communi Studies and more in our Humanities Programme. Students can select from a list of required for studying Law or other university entry requirements.

Option 1 - Lawyer Up

Must do all of the following

  • Law
  • Sociology

+ Communication Studies (yr 1) and Communication Studies (yr 2)
